Beacon Club

Opportunity: As part of their vision to transform the Palmolive Building from commercial office space to a luxury residential condominium development, Draper and Kramer sought to provide an exceptional level of amenity services and facilities for residents.

Solution: Designed for flexibility, the Beacon Club is comprised of two walnut-paneled lounges connected by a gathering/dining space for larger events. A small kitchen and bar services events held in these rooms. A private spa is also part of the facility.

Value: With a level of finish and detailing consistent with the Palmolive residences, the Beacon Club reinforces the high quality and sophistication visible throughout the building.
