2700 N. Pine Grove represents a forward-thinking approach to adaptive reuse, developed in collaboration with Ogden Partners. This project will blend multifamily residential spaces with a dedicated area for the Second Church of Christ, Scientist, preserving the historic facades while utilizing the remainder of the site for new construction.
