Square dark glazed brick condo building

1400 W Monroe Residences is a seven story, 42-unit boutique condominium building, developed by JK Equities, that appeals to young and growing families in the vibrant West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. The design emulates local historic loft buildings in a contemporary manner. Silver brickwork, dark mortar and black metal detailing add an understated, distinctive character.
